Tetra-Foam Shoulder Immobilizer 1206-0 Male
and 1206-1 Female
Designed to be used for injuries involving the clavicle, humerus or forearm. Foam chest support band with attached cuff for forearm and extra long strap for humerus. Velcro closures and elastic panel in back for better fit. Available in male style, 1206-0 and female style, 1206-1, size small for chest sizes under 34” and large for chest sizes over 34”. Reversible to fit either arm.
Elastic Shoulder Immobilizer 1206-2 Male
and 1206-3 Female
All elastic chest band with webbed straps for humerus and forearm cuffs secured with Velcro closures. Fits either arm. Male style is 1206-2 and female style 1206-3 with a contoured front. Measure chest circumference and order as follows: Small 24” - 30”, medium 30” - 36”, large 36” - 42” and x-large 42” - 48”.

Soft flannel on foam with extra long attached humerus cuff and two forearm cuffs. Wide shoulder strap secures and adjusts with slide buckle. Elastic panel in back for greater compression. Reversible to fit either arm. In small size for chest measurements under 34” and large size for chest measurement over 34”.
Snoopy® Shoulder Immobilizer 1206-40
Same construction as 1206-4 (on the previous page) with a Snoopy or Peanuts pattern on the support surrounding the body. Completely washable after removing stays and closing hook/loop. One universal child size.
Denim Shoulder Immobilizer 1206-7
An economical method of shoulder immobilization. A denim, envelope style sling with a denim swathe that attaches to the front of the sling with a positionable hook on a webbed strap. Wide webbed strap over shoulder is adjustable with slide buckle and closes with Velcro® around two D rings. In small through x-large sizes.
