WHAT ARE TETRA’S OFFICE
HOURS?
TETRA
office hours are 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., central time, Monday thru Friday.
After-hour and Holiday calls will be answered by a recorder. Orders placed by
recorder will be filled on the next business day.
HOW CAN I ORDER FROM TETRA?

fax your orders, our FAX machine is available 24 hours a day: (847) 647-9034.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Please
allow three weeks for delivery on all items marked “special order”.

WHAT IS TETRA’S SAMPLE
POLICY?

If you wish to order one or more of our products for
evaluation, you will be billed at a discounted sample price. If the sample
is not satisfactory, and it has not been used, you may return it prepaid to us
and your account will be credited in full. Please let us know when your order is
for evaluation to avoid confusion.

After 30 days, products purchased for evaluation may
not be returned for refund.
WHAT IS TETRA’S RETURN
POLICY?

In accordance with our desire to provide the
finest quality and service to health care institutions, we will promptly and
unhesitatingly, at no cost to the customer, accept for return:
1. Products which may be defective.
2. The results of shipping errors on our part.
3. Products purchased for the first time on a
trial basis.

ALL returns must have prior written
authorization from Tetra Medical Supply Corp. For item returns resulting from
customer error, the items must be returned prepaid and must be in a resalable
condition. Returns within 30 days are subject to a ten (10) percent restocking
charge. Returns after 30 days are subject to a twenty-five (25) percent
restocking charge. We will not accept any returns after 180 days. Sterile
products will not be accepted for return.

We
accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express at time of sale for your
convenience.
DOES TETRA ACCEPT ACH
PAYMENTS?
We are
happy to accept ACH payments with adequate payment detail communication. Please

ARE TETRA PRODUCTS LATEX
FREE?
All
Tetra bandage products are latex free. Tetra strives to offer all latex free
products with the exception of: suspensories, some
cohesive bandages, latex gloves, some knee compression supports, and some
exercise equipment (e.g. exercise tubing).
